Early tomorrow morning I will take a taxi to the Cleveland airport to begin another journey to Mexico City. The reason I picked tomorrow as my departure date is that today was the first day of early voting in the state of Ohio. I was afraid that if I ordered an absentee ballot, it would not arrive in time. So, this morning after rush hour was over, I drove to downtown Cleveland to the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections.
The place was fairly busy with others who also wanted to do their civic duty early. I had to wait in line for a few minutes.
Now that I am back home, I need to check off the remaining items left to do on my list. Tomorrow I will be in Mexico!
