More Street Art

Mexico City is one of the great places in the world for street art.  Here are some more photos I took during my wanderings through the city...

The caption says, "Use sustainable transportation."

Talk about street art!  This chalk drawing of a cartoon figure was on the sidewalk along busy Insurgentes Avenue!  The work is unfinished, and the artist wrote next to it, "No borrar"..."Do not erase."

  1. Love the cat!

Also, I'm very jealous of your gorgeous weather. I cleared about 8 inches of snow off my car a few hours ago, and I don't even want to know how much has fallen since then. Or how much will be on it in the morning. I can hope for another snow day, right?

    1. I have been following your winter weather through your blog and Skyping with friends up there. I am glad I chose to spend an extra long time down here. January is the chilliest month in Mexico City with night time lows down in the 40s, occasionally down into the 30s. But it is now getting to the point where I don't have to wear a jacket or even a long-sleeve shirt when I leave the apartment. By 11:00 it is T-shirt weather.
Hasta luego. Stay safe and stay warm.
