Several days ago I wrote about the traditional Day of the Dead dish from Yucatán, "mucbipollo". The dish is also called "pib".
Here is a link to a beautiful, short movie about the Day of the Dead in Yucatán and, in particular, the making of the "pib". The narration is in Mayan with English subtitles.
