Millions Upon Millions

This morning I wrote about the pilgrims who come to the Basilica of Guadalupe in December for the feast day of the Virgin (today... December 12th).  As I passed a newsstand this afternoon, I saw that one of the newspapers had a photo of the multitude on the front page.

The caption said that more than 8 million pilgrims had already arrived and that a total of 11.5 million were predicted.

I'm glad that I decided not to follow them all the way to the Basilica yesterday!
