I have written a number of times about Chapultepec Uno, the 57 story, 790 foot skyscraper located along the Paseo de la Reforma near the entrance to Chapultepec Park.
Chapultepec Uno (left) stands cheek to jowl with the Torre Mayor, which used to be Mexico City's tallest building.
The skyscraper, which was finished in 2019, is listed as the second tallest building in the city... or we should say the second tallest completed building. The Torre Mitikah, which will be finished this year, has already topped out at a height of 875 feet.
I have no idea how these soaring towers will fill their office space especially now during the pandemic when distance work is so common, and will likely be the trend of the future. However last week one of Chapultepec Uno's major tenants opened for business, The Ritz Carlton Hotel, which occupies the 38th through the 47th floors, had its grand opening.

The 153 luxury guestrooms and suites have superb views of the city. In addition, on floors 48 through 55 there are sixty four private residences for sale which are administered by the Ritz Carlton. If you have to ask how much these condominiums cost, I guess can't afford them.

I did check out the hotel prices on Hotels.com. The cheapest rooms cost $650 per night (that's 650 U.S. dollars per night). The rates go all the way up to $1350 per night. Way over my budget!
