On Sunday evening Alejandro took me back to his house. When we got there, his sister Sandra had set up the family "ofrenda", the altar in memory of departed loved ones, and the candles were lit.
By setting the camera on the glass top of the dining room table, I got an interesting effect... almost as if the "ofrenda" were reflected in the water of a lake.
This is a heartwarming tradition, and lovely way to remember dear ones.
