On Sunday Alejandro drove me to my apartment. We walked a couple of blocks to do some grocery shopping at the supermarket in the nearby mall. The Christmas tree was still up in the atrium of the mall, and Alejandro took a photo of me standing next to the tree and Santa.
Yesterday I noticed that the large Christmas tree in front of the World Trade Center had been removed. I wasn't in the mall, but I suspect that by now the tree there has been taken down.
