The Promise of Spring
According to the calendar spring has arrived, but I should know better than to think that the snow is over. I have lived all my life in Ohio, and I know that it is not unusual for us to have snow in April. Here the promise of spring is that winter isn't over yet.
Still I can't help but hope that this is the last of it!

Pheeeew, that is certainly unbelievable for me, but then I live in a tropical country. These past two days the sun has been fierce in Monterrey and I regret the cold days of winter have gone for good this year. I saw pictures from Bloomington, IN and it seems they're getting their share of snow as well. Keep warm. // I solved the commenting issue, it is definitely a problem with Chrome.
ReplyDeleteThe good thing about a snow this late in the season is that it usually doesn't last long. Most of it has already melted.
