After a couple heavy snowfalls in December, one of which gave a white Christmas, the temperature has risen above freezing, and we had heavy rain on New Year's Day. If all that precipitation had been snow we would still be shoveling out! As usual when it rains heavily my back yard is a swamp and the neighbors' lot is a lake.
I don't mind the lack of snow at all, but I am growing tired of the gray, dismal days. We have yet to see the sun in 2021!
