Usually during the dry season of winter, pollution obscures the mountains. However the last several days have been quite windy, and the air has been clean. This morning the volcano Popocatépetl was hidden in clouds, but the silhouette of the other volcano, Iztaccíhuatl, was clearly visible.

Morning Sky
After spending a busy three day weekend with Alejandro (yesterday was a legal holiday... Constitution Day) I spent last night at his house. I will be sharing pictures of our weekend later, but I wanted to post some photos that I took earlier this morning. I got up early, climbed up to the rooftop of the house, and captured some pictures of the sky just before dawn.
