We're Not in Kansas

(All images taken from the internet)

Mexico has been having some strange weather.  Normally the rainy season does not begin until sometime in June.  However for the last couple of weeks it has been raining frequently in Mexico City.  As often as not, when I chat with Alejandro on Skype in the evening, he tells me that it is raining.  Sometimes the rains are heavy, and I hear the rumble of thunder in the background.

You don't usually associate tornados with Mexico, but last week there were four tornados, all lined up in a row, near the town of San Nicolás Buenos Aires in the Mexican state of Puebla.

There were some reports of damage, but fortunately there were no injuries or death.
