They are using the technologies that began with the Latin America Tower, and that building had made it through three major quakes. Nor did any of the new skyscrapers suffer in the 2017 quake. (They say that you are probably safer in one of those buildings than anywhere else.)<br /><br />What worries me is that the building boom is a bubble that is going to burst.
